Dear Customer!
Please note that the prices are indicative. Your reservation is only valid if we have confirmed it in some form (e.g. e-mail, phone)
If it still doesn't work and you want to cancel your booked appointment, you can let us know by e-mail or phone!

If for some reason you cannot be at the venue at the reserved time, please let us know in time! Due to the fact that the reorganization takes time, cancellation / change of date is possible free of charge 48 hours before the booked date (by e-mail or phone), taking into account the opening hours.

We treat your data confidentially, we do not pass it on to third parties!
